These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Genesis Travel Agency, LLC (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking travel services through Genesis Travel Agency, LLC, you agree to be bound by all terms and policies set forth herein. This Agreement governs all travel arrangements booked with us, including individual, group, and customized itineraries.
Any payment made to Genesis Travel Agency, LLC constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making payment.
The Client is hiring Genesis Travel Agency, LLC to arrange travel services for the specified trip.
You must be 21 years of age or older to book travel services.
A valid government-issued identification (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or birth certificate) is required for booking.
Per TSA regulations, you must provide your full legal name (as it appears on travel documents), date of birth, and gender at the time of booking. See tsa.gov for more information.
The Client is responsible for ensuring all traveler information is correct. Genesis Travel Agency, LLC is not responsible for errors in traveler information.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Payments must be made according to the provided payment schedule.
Late payments incur a $50 late fee and must be paid within 24 hours of invoice issuance. Failure to pay may result in cancellation (see Section 4).
Payments are due no later than 6:00 PM CST on the scheduled due date.
Travel Protection is highly recommended but not mandatory.
If you do not purchase Travel Protection, Genesis Travel Agency, LLC and its agents are not responsible for any charges, fees, penalties, losses, injuries, or lost personal items during travel.
If you do purchase Travel Protection, you are still responsible for Genesis Travel Agency’s cancellation fees and any applicable vendor penalties (see Section 4).
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email to info@arielleskyellc.com with one of the following subject lines:
“Cancelling Trip”
“Changes to My Trip”
“Refund Request”
Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the cancellation date.
Changes to departure date, flight, duration, class of service, name, departure city, or destination are subject to the fees outlined below.
Additional penalties may apply for:
Nonrefundable airline tickets and fees
Nonrefundable or non-transferable hotel promotions
If room occupancy changes, the remaining travelers are responsible for any increased per-person cost.
If all travelers change, it will be considered a new booking, and cancellation fees will apply.
Once travel begins, there are no refunds for unused or partially used travel components.
Bookings made with future travel credits follow standard cancellation policies.
Contracted group bookings may have alternate terms as stated in their group contract.
Cancellation & Change Fees (Effective August 13, 2025):
45+ days from departure: $100 per person + applicable vendor penalties
31–44 days from departure: $200 per person + applicable vendor penalties
30–0 days from departure: 100% nonrefundable (vendor penalties may apply if greater than amounts paid to date)
By making payment with a credit card, you agree not to dispute or charge back the payment.
If Genesis Travel Agency, LLC incurs costs (including legal fees) to recover a payment reversed by your bank, you agree to cover these costs.
If your card is declined, you must settle the amount due immediately via money order or cash.
Travel documents are issued after full payment is received.
You must verify all details upon receipt. Names must match proof of citizenship exactly.
Report any errors immediately.
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper documentation for your trip.
International travel generally requires a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Domestic U.S. travel may require a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or alternative identification.
Failure to present correct documentation will result in denied boarding and no refund.
Unaccompanied minors under 18 are not accepted.
Some destinations require notarized consent for minors traveling with one parent or guardian.
It is your responsibility to confirm documentation requirements.
Some countries deny entry to travelers with criminal records or other restrictions.
Genesis Travel Agency, LLC is not responsible if you are denied entry. Cancellation penalties will apply.
Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
Reconfirm flight times with the carrier 24 hours before departure.
Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
Failure to check in on time or with proper documents will result in denied boarding and no refund.
You are responsible for costs not specifically included in your booking, such as gratuities, meals, baggage fees, visas, resort fees, excursions, and personal expenses.
Additional costs for changes in occupancy, fuel surcharges, or supplier rate increases may apply.
Special requests (room location, bedding, meals, etc.) will be passed to the supplier but cannot be guaranteed.
Notify us in advance of any accessibility needs.
Availability of accessible rooms and facilities is not guaranteed and may vary by country.
Genesis Travel Agency, LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
We are not responsible for supplier acts, errors, or omissions, or for events beyond our control (delays, weather, strikes, pandemics, government actions, etc.).
By booking, you agree to indemnify Genesis Travel Agency, LLC against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or applicable laws.
Airlines have varying baggage policies; check with your carrier directly.
Genesis Travel Agency, LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage.
All air travel is subject to the carrier’s Conditions of Carriage.
We reserve the right to substitute carriers as necessary.
Follow CDC guidelines and destination health requirements.
Travel may involve inherent risks, including exposure to illness. By traveling, you accept these risks.
Client may use products provided by Genesis Travel Agency, LLC for personal use only, with proper attribution.
If the number of travelers changes, the trip price will be adjusted accordingly.
Client agrees Genesis Travel Agency, LLC is the exclusive travel service provider for the booked trip.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond control (natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.).
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
Severability: If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
